Mike Sheard (Mikeyburger3 / "StarWrasEpisodeOneRacer Mike" Youtube Name (old), Extreme Most Wanted Racer Mike (New and current channel, old channel out of action!)))
Info: 2nd Generation Racer, Active Years: 2008-2011, and 2018+ (Hiatus from 2011 to 2018)
I played star wars Episode 1 Racer for 12 years and 3 competitively (up to 2012). SWE1R has been a great game for me and has been a big part of my life. I got SWE1R the very first day it came on the shelves and will never forget the great amount of work I have done on this game. Unfortunately I've lost the skills I once had in this game due to my hiatus but also made me realise what I could once do. Personally, as far as other competitors, with my recent pursuit of other racing games - it has given me a much broader idea of my ability and I feel that many of my times are easily beatable with an improved understanding of other players to my level which was proven in recent times. SWR has some very unique racing game features, strategies and skills that must be mastered as well as devilishly tricky reflexes that are required. Use of common knowledge of simulation type games isn't enough. Once I was good at working things out for myself, which I believe was the main reason for my success in this game. I doubt I will ever return to my old form and now new talent has preceded my works in this game as I predicted & of course you have to be careful about the reliability of your competitors. Nevertheless this game will always be part of me, I'm glad of my work and also the people I have met because of this game, our common interest, and I look forward to observing improvements of the new masters of this game, who I am happy to acknowledge have rightly earned their place at the top.

Ben "Gamedraco" (youtube name)
Info: 2nd and 3rd Generation Racer Probably the only N64 Player to come close to perfecting the game on the N64 for
every track.)
Active : End 2008 to Mar 2010, Dec 2010-Dec 2012, Jun 2013 (Current Status - "Dormant")
My name is Ben, I go by my youtube alias Gamedraco on these boards because I
do not like sharing my personal information at all.
I got EP1 racer in 2000 brand new and I have played competitively since 2008.
I was struck that I had the fastest times for the game on some tracks with my
non-competitive records in 2008. Mike and I have pushed the game to degree of perfection and skill that I don't
think has happened before or will again. Both of us have ridiculously mastered times and between us we are literally in
the Top 2 for almost every single record in the game. I am the
"absolute master" of the 64 version holding every single world record for the 64
except the Gauntlet Freestyle. I also have the all time World Records for the
Bumpy's Breakers Freestyle 3 Lap, The Sebubla's Legacy freestyle, Abyss
freestyle, Ando Prime Centrum 3 Laps and the all time world records for the Howler Gorge single lap and
the Malastare 100 (both Lap and 3 Lap.) The Abyss Freestyle 3 Lap is also the
longest standing world record in Episode One Racer.
I also am the all time champion of EP1 Racer's sequel Racer Revenge where I hold every
single world record in the game.
Outside of Podracing I am also the all time best player of Hydro Thunder where I now have every single
world record in the game having beaten the all time champions Barthax and Zeb
Danvers.
On all of these games I have got an almost scientific approach to tackling track records and I still surprise myself
sometimes when I do a really good run.
Mike once called me a "Podracing God" for being a master player of both EP1
Racer and Racer Revenge. I am probably the only podracer to have completely
mastered both games.
Overall I am honored to have competed with Mike and the rest of the Racers on
here and know that I have a hard won spot as one the all time greatest podracing
champions.
Ben wants to hold his 2nd place and is currently in battle with Kai Hoefner with the recent new times on Sebulba's Legacy!

David Stubbs (Davidstubbs08 youtube name)
(active)
Dave is a recent Star Wars Racer competitor. Previous experience is unknown. He has only focused on two tracks - Mon Gazza Speedway and Boonta Training course but its on Mon Gazza Speedway where he set an unbelievable 3 lap world record and the only person ever to make under 40 seconds for three circuits on what I call myself a near as dammit perfect time. I personally believe with enough time he has what it takes to be the next world champion.
Josh Garvens (Youtube name Murryduck)
Josh has been a competitive player of the game and still holds some world records; Most notably on the *Gauntlet Freestyle for three laps which is a superb effort and a very difficult manoeuver to perform once, never mind 3 times consecutively!!
Kai "FierceKai" (Youtube) Hoefner
Dormant (July 2016-Current date), "3rd Gen."
Controller: Logitech Extreme 3D Pro Joystick
Kai may be the next darkhorse to steal the 1st or 2nd position for the game, who is taking it "step by step" and see where he comes out. Incidently He is currently ranked #3 on points unofficially above Wouter Jansen but his best times which are World Records are ranked officially so. He has been the first for several years now to beat any world records where his best results are for the track "Sebulba's Legacy", allowing the wallride route, and where he used an alternative variation of this route for an initial WR time. He is currently in battle with Ben "Gamedraco" for the World Records on this track - competition not seen in this game for a long time! He currently holds the 3 Lap and 2nd Lap records on Sebulba's legacy but boasts an even faster 3 lap time unofficially with a time of 1:50.497!
Kai is currently studying aerospace engieering and wants to be the first constructing a real pod racer!

Myles Bukrim (Youtube name ShadowOfMyles)
Myle's is an overall superb player and one of the best well known gamers ever. Endless achievements in all kinds of Games such as Super Mario and Mario Kart. Myles also was a competitive player of Star Wars Racer. Myles is very famous for his Abyss Freestyle run (The most well known star wars racer video ever) with the freestyle he invented. He also set some very good times on The Boonta Training Course and Mon Gazza speedway - all of which were world records for a while. Myles was second to Wouter Jansen in the overall for a long time in N64 competition for the game.
"Heat" (youtube name FFXIHeat)
Aiden was the first person I competed with competitively. I remember we had some really intense competition on tracks Boonta Training course and Mon gazza Speedway. Eventually Aiden set a great time on The Boonta Training course with a 30.321 second lap. Aiden held the world record for the Boonta Training course for quite some time with a 30.400 second lap. He has also shown he is up there with the best with some of these races
Wouter Jansen
Rank and Info: 1st to Rank Number 1/ 1st World Champion and Officially Ranked #3 of all time on points (1st Generation Racer)
Wouter Jansen was for a long time the world champion and record holder for the game (held almost all). Wouter played on Nintendo-64 and had a lot to do with the game. He discovered the Bumpy's Breaker's glitch (and some others). He very much set the standard for a lot of my times. He is also excellent at many other games. *SEE WOUTERS WEBSITE*** on Links Page.

John "G4Merholy1" (youtube name) Kruschinski
John has set some good times on Mon Gazza Speedway and the Boonta Training Course and shows massive potential maybe comparable to David Stubbs.
Adam Halstead (Baddam95 on youtube)
Hi, I'm Adam Halstead A.K.A "baddam95".
I was introduced to Star Wars
Episode 1 Racer by my Father back in the very early 2000. He knew i was very
interested in the movie so he thought he's pass down the Nintendo 64 and Game as
a Christmas present along with Super Mario 64, Zelda Ocarina of time ect.
Once i started playing Star Wars racer i got addicted, but because i was so
young i wasn't very good at beating the levels so i just spent my time ending up
in random places on each course i could get my hands on.
Unfortunately,
after a while, we moved house and i lost the game. After so many years, i found
the game laying in a second hand shop window, so i walked in and bought it for
an amazing price of £2.50
Once i started playing it again i completed it
within weeks, because i was a lot older so the courses seemed a lot easier.
Then i started to see world record holders for the game (Mike Sheard, Ben
GameDraco ect.) and i started to get very competitive. So i started to contact
Mike on how to get a good time, and i used all the advise he gave me and i must
say, my skills are gaining nicely, (also with Need for Speed Most Wanted). Mike
also introduced me to Cyberscore, which is a good site for competitors.
Practising lap times can be hard, i have had painful blisters on my fingers
but a good time is always worth it.
Thanks Mike for all the support and
info :)

Hi guy's! Keep cool, I will not break any
of your best records. But playing Podracer would be not so good if you don't try
to do your best. Some people seem to be born to play, but this is no reason to
quit the game. The real competition for me is to beat my own records.
My first steps are made on Aquilaris "Sunken City" with a Best Lap time of 1:26.763.
Friendly greets from germany

Svetlio has improved significantly recently and so far has an officially approved 1st lap time for bullseye navoir on Abyss of 49.94 seconds, and may well break the fastest time here in future with some minor adjustments.
